You create your menus with a double-click, or with a mouse right-click on the icon on the status bar (at the bottom right of the screen).

Right-click on the icon of the status bar opens the contextual menu.

Double-click on the icon or do right-click then Open... to add menus: 

• On the right
• On the Left
• On the top
• On the bottom

Go to the Tools menu then Options... to discover a lot of possibilities.

Right-click on the tabs list to quickly reach their options.

Drop your shortcuts in the arrangement, on on the tab of the menu. 

Tab setting is simple but complete.

Result is very pleasant and espacially very productive.

You can display folders and subfolders, a thumbnails option is also available.

The Skins Manager allows you to customize colors of your tabs.

Reach all the settings for one tab or for all.
